How Do I Register And What Should I Know?

Note: if you have started or completed a booking request, you do not need to register as a customer. Please view the section about logging in.

 

Why register before making a booking?

Registering allows you to enter all your information into your profile for easy auto-fill and convenient booking right from the start. While it is not necessary, it may be nice to get a feel for the platform and its functions ahead of your service request.

 

You can access the “Customer Sign Up” button by clicking the “Sign In” button at the top of your browser or Click Here; you should see the button sign up button in the bottom left of the form.

 

How to sign up as a customer

 

Once clicked, you will see the general How it Works steps and the form where you can enter your personal details. Please let us know how you heard of us and some of the services you are interested in. You will have to review and agree to both the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use Agreement which can be viewed by clicking the green text of the same names. Hit submit when you are done.

You will be sent to a confirmation page with a video and will have to verify your email prior to accessing your account. You will receive this verification by email immediately and just click the purple button in the email to verify. You can then click the “Sign In” button at the top of the page and sign in to your account. You will be offered a tour of the various menus and key features.
