How Do I Log Into My Account?

You can log into your account using the Customer Login Page. Enter your email and your password into the form provided and hit "Sign In" or select the social account you used at registration. If you have not yet registered as a customer, click the green "Sign Up" button and you will be sent to the registration form. 


If you are having trouble logging into the Customer Login Page, make sure that you are, in fact, on the Customer Login Page and, if you are and are still having trouble, try resetting your password with the "Forgot Password?" button.

How do I log into my account after making a booking?

When you issue a booking with us for the first time, we automatically generate an account under the email that you use for your booking. After your booking request has been submitted, you can click the link in your service request confirmation email to log into your account to view the booking, adjust the booking, contact your zenGiver, change your personal settings, etc. As soon as your booking has been issued, you will receive an email with a link to the login page and your temporary password. After logging in with this password, you will be asked to change it to a password of your own.
