How Can I Change My Notification Settings, Account Details, Profile Photo, And Payment Methods: Editing Your Account

There are five key editing areas to be aware of: the Settings tab, My Information tab, Billing tab, Gift Cards tab, and your My Account menu.

 

Settings tab: this tab is accessible on your dashboard in between your Activity Feed tab and My Information tab. Use this tab to edit your email preferences and SMS text message preferences. Just select the box next to the type of notification you would like to add/remove and click “Save Preferences” at the bottom of the section.


Customer settings

 

My Information: this tab is accessible on your dashboard in between your Settings tab and Billing tab. You can add or edit your profile photo, contact information, update your email and edit your address here.

  • To edit your profile photo: click the profile photo box or “Upload a new photo” button to adjust your photo. This will open your device files for you to select a new photo from. Edit any contact or address information in the fields provided and click the “Save” button when you are done.
  • To edit your email, click the “Update Email” button which will open a pop-up where you can enter the new email address you would like to use. All zenGOT notifications will arrive at the new email address.

 

Contact, email and personal information editing

 

Billing: this tab is accessible on your dashboard in between your My Information tab and Transactions tab. Here you can add or remove payment methods. To remove a payment method, click the “Remove Cards” link at the bottom (you will have to completely remove a payment method if you need to edit it). Click the “Add Card” button to add a new credit card or click the “Choose another way to pay” to add a PayPal account (you can also add a Credit Card using this link too).

Gift Cards: this tab is accessible on your dashboard in between your Transactions tab and the Guided Tour button. Here you can add your gift card directly into your profile. Just enter in the code on the back and hit “Confirm”.

My Account: this menu item is accessible in your menu drop-down in the top right. Here you can edit your profile picture, contact information, address, password, notifications, billing info, gift card redemption, view your account balance, view your transactions, and deactivate your account, This all have the same functionality as the above tabs do. Unique to these settings: you can change your password on the “Password” tab by entering your current password, new password and “Save”. You can deactivate your account by clicking the “Deactivate” tab and then the pink “Deactivate Account”.
