I Can't Enter Text Into A Form Or A Pop-up Won't Show: Refresh, Update Browser, Delete History And Cache

IF YOU ARE HAVING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES PRIOR TO A BOOKING, YOU ARE STILL EXPECTED TO CONTINUE WITH THE SERVICE AS PER THE CONTRACT YOU AGREED TO WITH THE CUSTOMER. If you are having trouble getting in touch with the customer on an ASAP booking to specify a start time, please Contact Us for assistance. At any time, please let us know that you are having technical difficulties and we will do our best to help you get them resolved prior to the booking. We can always make necessary adjustments to a booking after the service has taken place.

 

Many issues can quickly be resolved by trying each of these:

  • Refresh the page using the applicable refresh button (swipe down on some mobile devices).
  • You can update your browser by updating your mobile device or, for some desktop browsers, by checking your settings. Try switching to Chrome or Firefox if your browser is up to date and still not resolving the issue.
  • Deleting your history and cache will clear any old load errors from your web browser. You can do this in your History settings and navigating to the clear browser history option.
