What If I Can't Make The Time That The Customer Has Suggested: Reschedule Requests
You can request a different time and day if you need to by logging into your account and clicking the “Reschedule” button on the applicable booking card in your bookings tab. You will want to message your customer and discuss a date and time that works for both of you. Note: you only have to reschedule ASAP-start time bookings if the service will take place on a different day.
Remember that when you use the reschedule button you are making a request and the customer will have to accept the change. If they don’t accept the request and they want to change zenGivers, the customer can do this in their logged in account.
My reschedule button will not let me reschedule: this is likely due to the booking taking place in the next 24 hours. Please message your zenGiver and confirm that they are able to reschedule and Contact Us.
