Your zenGiver should message you soon after accepting the booking. Feel free to message your zenGiver via text or through the messaging function from your customer dashboard. Leading up to the booking, please arrange any additional details and clarify any specifics or expectations for the service.

How to contact your zenGiver:

After your service request has been accepted, you will receive an SMS text message confirming your zenGiver’s name. You will be able to respond to this message directly to begin communicating with your zenGiver – feel free to provide any specific instructions or details about the job! Alternatively, once your job has been accepted - you can log into your customer account and begin messaging your zenGiver via the messenger on the zenGOT website.
