How Do I Log Into My Account After I Made A Booking?

When you issue a booking with us for the first time, we automatically generate an account under the email that you use for your booking.

 

After your booking has been issued, you can log into your account to view the booking, adjust the booking, contact your zenGiver, change your personal settings, etc. As soon as your booking has been issued, you will receive an email with a link to the login page and your temporary password. After logging in with your temporary password, you will be asked to change it to a password of your own (Having trouble finding the email with the temporary password? Click the “Forgot Password?” button on the login page instead and you can change your password by following the steps).
