Contacting Your zenGiver

Instant request: Your messaging function will activate once a zenGiver accepts your instant service request.


Direct request: Your messaging functions will be open as soon as your direct request is submitted.

Communication Hub: you can access the messaging feature by logging into your customer account HERE and selecting the Bookings tab. On the applicable booking card you will see a message button underneath the zenGiver’s profile picture. Inside the communications window, you can send your zenGiver messages or call them using the phone link without having to share your personal contact information. Note: we recommend that all communication is done through the zenGOT communication functions (text or online) as we have designed these functions to keep your personal contact information private.

Text Message: Once the messaging with your zenGiver is activated, you will receive a text message notifying you that your anonymous messaging line has been opened. You can conveniently text the zenGiver directly from your mobile device without sharing your personal phone number.
