What if I need to cancel or modify my booking after I have placed it?

If you (as the Customer) are a no show for a Service Contract or if you cancel a Service Contract less than 24 hours before the start time of a Service Contract, you will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount set out below due to the impact such cancellation will have on the zenGiver and their ability or inability to book another Service Contract on such short notice:

 

1) For cancellations by the Customer within four (4) to twenty-four (24) hours before the start time of the Service Contract, the Customer will be charged the equivalent amount of one hour of the Service Contract;

2) For no-shows or cancellations by the Customer within zero (0) to four (4) hours before the start time of the Service Contract, the Customer will be charged the full amount of the Service Contract.

 

How to cancel a booking:

Simply click the "Cancel Service" button on your bookings tab for the applicable service card.
