A 7.5% Trust and Safety Fee is applied to all zenGOT bookings to ensure that our customers receive first-class customer service and have access to fully vetted and qualified service providers. This fee ensures your safety, peace of mind and enhances trust in using the zenGOT platform.

We take your safety seriously. We invest in criminal background checks and conduct online video interviews with each and every zenGiver before allowing them to provide services on the platform. We carefully discern who is allowed to provide services on the zenGOT platform and spend the time ensuring all service providers are qualified. You can rest assured that zenGOT service providers are trusted professionals. We've done the work so that you don't have to.

 

Does This Fee Affect my zenGiver?

This fee does not affect what your zenGiver gets paid. This is a separate fee added to your invoice after the service has been completed.
