How Do I Connect With A Customer After A Service?

Your communications with your customer will be open for 48 hours after the booking. If you want to connect with them to make sure they are satisfied, you are more than welcome to but this is entirely optional. The customer will provide you with a rating and review which will provide you with feedback. If you want to connect with them about why their rating was great or poor, feel free to, however, don’t expect that they will change it at request.
