Frequently Asked Questions
After your service request has been accepted, you will receive an SMS message confirming your zenGiver’s name. You will be able to respond to this message directly to begin communicating with your zenGiver – feel free to provide any specific instructions or details about the job! Alternatively, once your job has been accepted - you can log into your customer account and begin messaging your zenGiver via the messenger on the zenGOT website.
No problem. You can give your zenGiver instructions to safely enter your home and secure it on his/her way out. Our zenGivers are use to providing services while customers are remote - they take great care to ensure the safety and security of your property.
That’s OK! If you need to extend the booking for any reason you can do so by simply logging in to your customer dashboard and using the Extend feature. You'll just need to confirm with your zenGiver that they are available to stay longer than originally scheduled. In some cases, your zenGiver might request that you extend the booking in order to complete the job you’ve requested – it’s completely up to you if you’d like to extend (you must do so through the dashboard if so). If you need further help modifying booking details, you can email email@example.com - we can help with modifying your booking duration.
Yes. We take your safety and security seriously. All zenGOT service providers are fully vetted and background checked professionals. We interview all service providers and carefully discern who is allowed to provide services on the zenGOT platform. In addition, the payment information that you provide to zenGOT is kept safe and secure and you’re only charged after the service has been completed.

A 7.5% Trust and Safety Fee is applied to all zenGOT bookings to ensure that our customers receive first-class customer service and have access to fully vetted and qualified service providers. This fee ensures your safety, peace of mind and enhances trust in using the zenGOT platform.

Does This Fee Affect my zenGiver?
This fee does not effect what your zenGiver gets paid. This is a separate fee added to your invoice after the service has been completed.
