zenGOT’s Business Hours

zenGOT’s core business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you require customer support or zenGiver™ support during the weekend, please keep in mind that we have minimal staff coverage over the weekend.

A zenGiver has four (4) zenGOT business hours to accept a job. However, if possible, we recommend that you accept the job ASAP so that you do not keep the customer waiting and then you can start messaging them about the job. Following is an example of how this works: If a job is booked at 11:00 a.m. then a zenGiver has until 3:00 p.m. (four hours) that day to accept the job or the booking will expire. However, if a job is booked at night or the early hours of the morning then the four (4) hours will be calculated during zenGOT’s core business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. So, if a booking was made at 7:00 p.m. at night then a zenGiver has one business hour left on the day the booking is made (i.e. until 8:00 p.m.that day) PLUS three business hours the following day (from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.) to accept the job by 11:00 a.m. that day or else it will expire. 
 
If you are not available for a job, then you can decline it, however, we recommend you do so ASAP. If you do decline a job, please go into your Work Availability on your profile page to change your availability so you won’t receive requests for future bookings at that time. This will help keep our customers happy as well!
